Shipping, Delivery & Returns For Spring Homeo

This describes Avanzar Tech Solution Pvt Ltd’s (“SpringHomeo”) Shipping, Delivery and Returns policies.

SpringHomeo is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. 

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary at per the order value and mode of payment.

For our monthly treatment packages the shipping charges would be included in our total treatment plan. However for 1 month / 15 days treatment medicine there would be an additional shipping charge which would be informed to the customer based on the shipment distance and mode of payment.

Do you deliver to my city?

We deliver to all metros and major cities across India. Please contact us and we’ll let you know if delivery to your city is possible or not. Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of completion of consultation. Most orders are delivered within 1 to 5 working days after dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Due to COVID-19 pandemic the delivery might delay to 5+ days. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

What if the package is received in damaged condition?

If you think you have received the package in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.

What are the policies for re-delivery?

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason any extra cost spent by SpringHomeo for re-delivery should be borne by the user.

What are the cancelation policies?

Unfortunately treatment plans once placed cannot be cancelled. Saying that SpringHomeo strives for customer happiness and you can reach out to our support by mail explaining the need for cancellation and we will try to help you in the best possible way (usually takes 5 – 7 working days).

We would be happy to understand the reason for cancellation and are open for a refund of part-payment based on the duration of months for which the treatment is yet to be consumed.
